Standard Support Service

While moving your business phone systems to VoIP (Voice Over IP) saves you money and helps to reduce your infrastructure and maintenance concerns, TTC Communications also provides ongoing service. Standard support is provided between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Two days’ notice should be given but may not be necessary for this service. It is our goal to provide you with seamless access to your voice networks with no interruptions.

Emergency Service

Emergency services are provided within two hours, plus travel time. Emergency service is defined as “more than 10% of your system is out of service and or the attendant console is down”. Warranty is a standard 2 year warranty on parts additional 5 year + one month and 7 year warranties are available at the time of purchase

TTC Communications will give free program changes for the first 30 days upon completion of a new system install. After 30 days, changes will be billed by the hour at the current labor rates. On-site training will be given to all users along with user and admin guides to the administrator. All training is free for the first 30 days.
